Because all of our items are custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind", incorrect sizes, or color choices.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to help! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

• Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order before production begins.
